Meb talks about his childhood in Eritrea and the perspective that gave him in life and running. His experiences running 26 marathons over the course of his career. How he trains and the importance of cross-training and mental strength.

In the interview they also discuss his most recent book (Meb has written 3 book) 26 Marathons in which he takes readers through each race (one per chapter) describing a lesson learned from each one.
