CTXC 35 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout

35 Minute indoor trainer session with 2 sets of intervals and a 90 second recovery in between. The first set is 6 efforts of 80-90 seconds with roughly a minute recovery and the second set is 10 efforts of 60secs or less with shorter recoveries.

CTXC videos feature POV footage from their group rides in Australia overlaid with graphics that lead you through a set of intervals. If you use their videos regularly they suggest a donation which can be made here.
